✔️Incoterms are international standards proposed by the International Chamber of Commerce, which are used to establish standard definitions on how responsibilities, expenses and risk transmission will be distributed between the buyer and the seller of the merchandise.

These are trade rules. They are not laws and are applicable to national and international trade.
They are part of the sales contract, but they are not the contract itself; rather, they help to determine the obligations and responsibilities between the seller and the buyer.

This program, based on the official text of the International Chamber of Commerce, its introductory notes, explanatory notes and clauses of the 11 maritime and multimodal positions, deals with how each of them should be treated from the position of the seller and the buyer, taking into account the management and transmission of risk, delivery and the costs that each party must assume.

The program includes a video in the 11 positions that explains with an example these obligations of the parties, which makes it more effective and simple for the student to integrate the knowledge of each of these positions.

The programme consists of a total of 46 videos, each lasting between 2 and 10 minutes, supported by documents that provide access to the technical elements of Incoterms.
